Party Line Cruise Company (PLCC) was incorporated in 1993. The company is filling a niche in the day cruise business by offering a product that is unique in the industry. This state-of-the-art SWATH passenger ferry will be transporting locals and visitors alike with service from West Palm Beach to Grand Bahama Island.

Mr. Antoine Gurrey has been the general manager of PLCC since its inception in 1993. His background includes over 22 years of onboard and executive management experience in the passenger cruise and fast ferry business with such companies as Paquet Cruises, a French passenger cruise line, and Emeraude Lines, a high-speed passenger ferry operation in the Channel Island (U.K).

Mr. William Billman, Cloud X's Port Engineer, has been with PLCC since 1996. Mr. Billman's knowledge and understanding of vessel systems were integral to the design of the M/V Cloud X. His expertise was utilized throughout the construction of the vessel. Mr. Billman holds a US Merchant Marine Chief Engineer Unlimited Horsepower License and among his responsibilities as Port Engineer is to organize and oversee the maintenance of all the ship's systems to ensure the reliability of Cloud X.

The company will staff 80 employees into 44 positions including, Deck and Engine crew; Food and Beverage; Reservations; Administrative; Marketing and Executive staff.
